1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bta939 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bta939 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bta939 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, and bta939 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet on the bta939 sportsbook is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets placed during technical errors, disconnections, or periods of price suspension may be voided at bta939's discretion. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before closing the bet slip.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds on bta939 are subject to change at any time up to bet confirmation. The odds displayed on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet. bta939 uses both fixed and floating odds pricing depending on the market and event.

5.3 Live and In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets — including live cricket, PSL matches, football, and esports — are subject to suspension during critical moments of an event. bta939 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of live bets where there is reason to believe the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placement.

5.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances without exception:

• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined.
• Obvious pricing errors exist due to technical or human error on the platform.
• A bet is placed on a market after the relevant event or period has concluded.
• Evidence of match manipulation or irregular activity affecting the event.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Single-bet and accumulator maximum payout limits apply across all sports and markets on bta939. These limits are displayed during bet placement and vary by sport. Winnings exceeding the published maximum for any given bet type will be capped at the stated maximum.

6 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on bta939 — including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) and the slot game library — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, real-time human dealers.

• Game results are determined by the RNG or live dealer outcome at the moment of each round. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the recorded outcome. bta939 is not responsible for losses due to player-side connectivity issues.
• Slot game RTPs (return to player percentages) are determined by the game provider and are fixed within the game software. bta939 does not alter RTPs after game launch.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law — this is entirely the player's responsibility to determine.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the bta939 platform.

9 Privacy & Data

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. bta939 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure that is not subject to pending wagering requirements will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability
